قرّر حزب العدالة والتنمية، فتح تحقيق مع مصطفى الرميد القيادي بالحزب والوزير المكلف بحقوق الإنسان، على إثر تفجّر ملف كاتبة الرميد التي توفيت مؤخرا، واتهمته عائلتها بعدم التصريح بها لدى صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي طيلة مدة عملها في مكتب المحاماة بالدار البيضاء.
وأعلنت اللجنة المركزية للنزاهة والشفافية بالبيجيدي، أنه بتكليف من سعد الدين العثماني الأمين الام للحزب ورئيس الحكومة، وبناء على طلب المصطفى الرميد، عقدت اجتماعا استثنائيا يوم الجمعة 19 يونيو 2020 تحت رئاسة سعيد خيرون نائب رئيس اللجنة، وذلك للتداول حول ما أثير عن وضعية كاتبة مكتب المحاماة الذي كان يسيره المصطفى الرميد قبل سنة 2012.
وأضاف بلاغ للجنة، بعد استعراض ما أثير بشأن الموضوع، قررت اللجنة عقد اجتماع للاستماع لمصطفى الرميد، ورفع تقرير للعثماني للنظر فيه واتخاذ قرار بشأنه.
